This is my first and will be my last phone from UMI.
I will never again order a phone directly in China.
I prefer to pay 50 € more at a dealer in the EU - then I simply send back a faulty device.
The devices do not seem to be really tested.
UMI seems to lose interest in a device as soon as a new device is in the queue.
My opinion: bad quality control of the manufactured devices.
Software support and troubleshooting does not really take place. This can not be done with a handful of people.
It is already indicative that there is not even an instruction manual. Only a flyer where SIM card comes in.
Sony employs 1000 people in the Swedish city of Lund for the mobile business. How many employees does UMI have?
I wonder how UMI wants to grow in this business policy?
But presumably they are just glad about every idiot who buys such a device from UMI.
At some point UMI ruined his reputation, then simply change the name of the company.
I can not recommend UMI and annoy me about the purchase.
