If your phone is completely bricked and your PC not recognising your device, I am afraid that there is no possibilities to do this.

You can ask in place where you bought but if motherboard is damaged you can forget about retrieving your data.

i have already asked they said its out of warranty so they cant repair it,
what are the signs if the phone is bricked , there wont be any glitches right ,but my phone led is glowing when put on charge , is there any service centres all around the world that i could make use of.?
