Charging port USBC problems

HI..i have to ask do you guys have the same issue with the usb c port not fully entering inside? I mean the usb c has a slight gap?.. I thought it is normal, but slight movement of the cord makes the charging stop.. Thanks in advance..

Hi this issue is since umi plus.
I saw that one user cut a bit from USB wire connector on USB c side

That means the Z has this kind of port too, i dont want to risk cutting the cord though..

You can also contact to seller with full explanation and see what they decide.
Maybe they will send to you new usb wire.
