My first question:

1. Will umidigi release source code to develop New Roms like lineage OS?

OK but is there a chance, developers can create own ROMs?
Or is there a chance to get Lineare OS support?

Sorry but can you mention any examples related to MTK SoC based smartphones? If you can, please don ...

I do not know, but Leeco, Xiaomi and many other release it and so free developers can make Roms, for example Lineage OS. And it would be awesome, because you can get your favorite taste of Android.
And for umidigi would it be positive as well, because more  consumers would have a look at the phones from umidigi.
So why ist it possible for umidigi to release source code?

And look at this Vernee Mediathek SoC source code
Umidigi has a new name, so maybe they would change their rules and release source code for developers so the umidigi phones get access to all of the different types of roms

But umi never yet released any source code so I don't think that anything change in this subject.

Sorry but can you mention any examples related to MTK SoC based smartphones? If you can, please don't just mention them also but share the link where the source codes are accessible. Thank you.

I'm still waiting for a link where a manufacturer hasn't cared about their contracts with MediaTek but officially shared the source codes for one of their devices, together with the obviously needed MTK source codes. Your link here is not a such one, so you still inquire something from UMi, that no one else has done. Although that sometimes happen, if an employee leaks something without permission, that's not a supportive behavior but a criminal activity. I also recommend you to read the coments on the page that you've linked.
In Vernee's news section where can I find the announcement of the released source codes?
