had my umi plus e for only a couple of days, for some unknown reason the volume has suddenly stopped working, can't hear calls ringing, or messages, alarms, music, what's happened?
iv'e been treating it with kid gloves so i know it's not been knocked, banged or dropped...
anyone have any ideas?
