As suggested in your other post, exchange it.. No point wasting time to try to recover a lemon if it is covered under warranty, although I am not sure how's the experience you will have with the seller..
I sure hope they don't give the runaround...

I really feel disappointed if I got mine like that (still on the way). But with electronic items, it just happens, sometimes.
Potential lemons are quite real in the case of ordering pre launch items..
