I've updated my Z to the latest firmware (from Feb25). The default Launcher3 was crashing in an endless loop.
I tried the usual thing of stopping launcher and clearing cached data, etc. No help. The phone was rendered useless, and I was upset.
Eventually, I managed to install a different launcher, but it was tricky... As I was trying to fix things, I got an email notification. So I clicked the notification and was able to open Gmail. I dug up an old email that had a link to the Play Store, then proceeded to download another launcher (Google Now Launcher). This works well enough, but I still want the default Launcher3 to work.
Thoughts?
