SD Card Scan Problem?

It keeps telling me that my SD card has been inserted every like minute or so and its really annoying what is the problem? thnks. Can provide more info when replied

than go through the procedure to format it as Multimedia or internal
--> then the message comes up again, when you selected Multimedia
--> that you can just swipe away.. then it is gone..

After I do that it keeps coming up again though

Yepp, and then you can swipe it away and it is not coming up again..
