Did your Z come with a screen protector and a case?

Hi guys,
i have been watching a few reviews on youtube and alot of ppl mention that their phone came with a screen protector and a case. Did your came with all of that too? Mine didnt and now the screen has got a few scratches - dragon tail hasnt held up the game too well here.

nothing, no screen protector and no case..
I think it depends where you have ordered.
