How to open UMI PLUS EXTREME?

Hi, I have a problem:
For a little more than a month I have the UMI PLUS EXTREME and at first it worked perfectly, but for a few days it turns out that the speaker is heard very low sometimes and in others it is not heard, the calls are not heard, neither the Videos, etc.
Because of this I started looking for solutions to the problem and in some forums commented that if pressing the back cover in the lower right the loudspeaker was heard the problem could be easily solved by opening the terminal and tightening some screws that would surely be loose Or otherwise pressing the speaker connection to the board because it would not fit properly.
The fact is that seeing that could be a repair so simple I arranged to open the phone (I would not like to have to send it to China to repair) and I can not find the way to do it, it seems as if the small caps both upper and lower the Back cover were stuck, I even took it to a mobile repair shop and they could not do it, they told me to try to warm it with a hair dryer to soften the glue and then to extract them easily, but I just do not know if they are really stuck .

If someone knew how to disassemble it I would be very grateful for the help, there has to be some way to do it, but I would like to be sure of the process.

My problem is that I have not been able to fix everything from the speaker and unfortunately I pressed the small plate where the speaker connections, the USB connector, etc. go. And I have broken the screen, so I have to put a new screen .... if someone knows where I can find an original screen I would appreciate you to send me links, etc.
