Umi Plus E Camera Issue

I bought the Umi Plus E and I'm having some issues with the camera (maybe it's the app). Pictures has too much noise, video quality is really terrible, specially the 4k videos.

I need help correcting this as I mainly use my phone to take a lot of photos and videos.

About the camera. 4K video takes not more than 3-5 minutes , and then overheating..

Still after the upgrade, the new rom is not working properly on the camera for example. Skype.
The front camera is ok, but very dark rear.
Someone has a problem and knows how to fix it ??

So I agree. Before taking picture all is OK as you see on the screen. If you take picture and see in gallery is darker then you saw. :-(

I don't know how the photos on the ads are as clear and well balanced in terms of color and brightness but 80% of the pictures I make with my Umi Plus E are blurry, poorly balanced in color and brightness (Even using several applications and good or mediium light conditions ...).

The 4K video recording issue has been reported to the engineers and hopefully it will be fixed soon. Please keep in mind, this is the first MTK SoC based smartphone of the world with 4K video recording capability, so a proper optimization might need a longer time.
Otherwise please share some of your (original) photos to let us see them, don't just talk about them. Thank you.

Hello!
The camera of my UMI Plus E also makes horrible photos and videos, without focus and with a lot of noise. This 13Mpixel camera makes an image as bad as a camera with a resolution below 3Mpixel.
How does a smartphone with so much technology and such a bad camera exist?
I bought 01 smartphone to test, then buy another 04 ... but after testing and see that it has a camera so bad, I will not buy more of the UMI brand, because a camera with 13Mpixel has a duty to make a very good image .

Look at the comparison images made with UMIplusE and the Motorola MotoG3.

Mr. Administrator, will the UMI brand fix these defects from the PLUS E camera to make your users happier?

Picture quality is not optimal with low light.
I recommend you to download "A better camera" App which cost around 2$ and gives you the "better quality" shot, which is 5 shots and take the best one with less motion and noise. With that app I got better photos, with the stock one is almost impossibile since a minimum shake means blurry photos like yours.
Try the app, it cost 2$ and will kind of improve the quality.
