Why do you want unlock bootloader?

i tried to flash rom with flashtool from windows and from macbook with terminal but when i connect the phone the flashing process doesn't start and it goes in recharge mode...so i think that is because of i didn't unlock the bootloader... isn't it? thank you for your help. So what i have to do to install a previous rom because it goes in recharge mode and flashing process doesn't start?

i tried today again with fastboot in terminal of my macbook but when i do the command fastboot flashing rom it says that my device is loked so the process fails. I need to unlock bootloader to flash rom with fastboot but when i try to unlock it and i have to confirm that i want to unlock it the volume up doesn't work. how can i do?

yes i've done all the things that are in guide but when i try to flash a prevoius rom with SPFT and connect phone turned off the process doesn't starts and phone starts to charge connected to pc (with windows) . I also tried with macbook using terminal and fastboot but to do this with fastboot i need to unlock bootloader and when i try to unlok it with terminal command it says to me that i have to press volume up to confirm and i press and press but nothings happen because volume up doesn't work in fastboot unloking mode.

Please backup whole user data and use firmware upgrade.
Did you start flashing and then connect switched off phone?

yes i first start the process and then connect the phone turned off; i tried also with firmware upgrade but i have the same problems always. when i connect phone process doesn't start and aftrer few seconds the phone starts charging. Which operating system you using on your PC??
I can recommend use different PC with older operating system.

i tried with windows 10, windows 7 and macbook (fastboot terminal) nothings same problems of previous messages always.
