Did you start flashing and then connect switched off phone?

yes i first start the process and then connect the phone turned off; i tried also with firmware upgrade but i have the same problems always. when i connect phone process doesn't start and aftrer few seconds the phone starts charging. ( i could flashing with fastboot using terminal of macbook but to do this i need to unlock the bootloader and when i try to confirm the volume up doesn't work )

Which operating system you using on your PC??
I can recommend use different PC with older operating system.

i tried with windows 10, windows 7 and macbook (fastboot terminal) nothings same problems of previous messages always.
