Dont know what country are you....  but im mine.... they ask for the invoice, they know what an invoice looks, and they ask for the proof of payment (bank transfwr, credit card... etc)
And in any doubt, they apply the average price in local market.... in my case is much more than I payed...  or they just fined me, for trying to trick them.....   understand?

UMI, as any company, must obey the law. All customers have the right to have the invoices for what they payed.

Why I have to pay higher taxes and UMI none????

Of course I blame the one responsable for the situation..... UMI

And I already found the solution... not to buy anything else from UMI.. and to defende my dispute, and of course, to expose the situation to all other buyers....
Only stupid ones will buy again.....

I buy a lot on the internet and for the first time a seller wont send me the invoice.......
