About dual sim card

Have 2 sim cards installed and I want to know how to set up properly.
Like how to set up how to recognize on which card a call comes in or how to choose card to call out.

How to set up ringtones?

To see where is which sim card you need go to
Settings - sim cards if you don't have details on each card you need touch each card and add sim card name or number and change colour.
So when you or somebody will be calling you will get different colour on top bar.
In same settings you can choose which one will be for texts, calling, and data
Or you can open SMS or calling app swipe from top and choose which sim card you prefer or simply choose always ask

I already installed my sim cards, but they're not receiving any call, why??
