Maybe you have hardware fault (battery) caused such issues.
Definitely latest Android 7 firmware doesn't have bugs. Definitely I didn't experience any mentioned bugs. But please understand that I flashed complete latest firmware with SPFT and firmware upgrade option. This restore phone to factory state.
