Edited by dex at 2017-2-6 22:54 \n\nHello guys,

English is not my native language so sorry for any language faults

I'am using my Umi Super for half a year now.

Today i was in the train and my phone felt, the touchscreen looked ok so i took the phone and put it back in my pocked.
At home i realised one half of the screen wasn't working so i rebooted my phone.

Till now the touch screen isn't working on one side, there isn't a crack in the screen

Is there a opportinity that the small wire isn't connected anywhere inside the phone or some other problem?

Or could i say for a 100% assurence that the touch screen is broken and i need to get a new one, what means getting another phone because it's so expensive in comparision to the phone price

Thank you.

Hello Brother,

Sorry for bad English, I'm Brazilian.
It can probably be a bad contact on the touch screen connector, but also check the light if you can identify the minimum tincture on the screen that will appear if you place it under strong light.

You can disassemble the device to fix the connector, but for this, you can download videos showing how to disassemble the device.

If you feel unsafe, have a specialist of your confidence diagnose the problem.
