can't set volume for ringtone

everytime I try to set volume for ringtone keeps going to vibrate only. If I set outdoor or general and enable , keeps going back to vibrate only. Any fix for this? thanks.

Hi So is this happening only after changing sound & notification profiles?
Maybe you should perform factory reset (settings - backup and reset - factory data reset)
Or check for FOTA updates (settings - about phone - wireless update)

Great phone one solution hard restet and new Rom,....  very big.....

Hi. I have i problem with my Umi Plus E. I can't change my ringtone. Changed it in settings and also in my phone app, the song is placed in ringtones folder on Internal Memory but still whenever someone calls me the default ringtone is playing. Can't even change it to one of the others system ringtones it always play Beat Plucker.

Try reboot your phone firstly but use power off then after few minutes restart phone.If not helps you need perform factory reset.
