Maybe you lose IMEI numbers.
Please go to settings - about phone - status - IMEI informations. If you have only 1s or 2s you need restore your IMEI numbers.
To do this you need use SN writer and follow this thread

Did you try swap sim cards. Maybe is something wrong with sim card. Or maybe something happened with slot. Did you try switch on sim card in settings?
Sometimes you need reboot your phone to reactivate sim card /slot
