First make backup of important data like foto's.
Then do factory reset.
Shut down fone.
Flash with spflash latest firmware. Important do it as a firmware upgrade... Not download only!
After flash turn on fone.. Worked for me always..http://community.umidigi.com/thread-11-1-1.html
