I have UMI Plus E for two weeks. But it has many problems that have already been mentioned. For example fingerprint is useless. But I have very important problem with USB connection with PC. PC does not recognize the phone and I've tried all the options that are mentioned here but nothing worked. So the problem is in phone and I please update wich solve this problem.

We can see that people complaining and blaming devices, software but never trying different proper solutions.
We using umi plus E and we can't confirm your issues.
Are you using genuine USB wire?
