Firstly please perform factory reset (settings - backup and reset - factory data reset)
If doesn't help please check for FOTA updates (settings - about phone - wireless update)
Or use SPFT and flash you system with latest available ROM from here

Did you flash whole system with SPFT to overwrite all drivers and partitions?
If you are not fully happy with product you can always contact to seller maybe they make you some offer to cover new LCD.
You can buy for UMI plus as they sharing same units.
