Please Umi HELP! FCC-ID

Hi. My name is Andres and this is the problem.

Recently i bought a UMI plus e and i love it, just what i wanted but there is a problem. UMI doesnt have CFF-ID. so my country block the imei like stolen phone. i found a solution but need to root my phone, if you can give me the acces or a way to change the imei (to use my old imei phones) that will solute, not only my problem, else all the people`s issues respect to this topic.
