The Touch is in the top 3 of most discussed phones on this forum. Most of the treads discuss problems. Yet Umi is not providing any support / updates anymore for this phone. Unbelievable for a phone that was only launched in 2016... (but true!)
I ordered my UMI Touch and UMI not released anything for it from the day whan I received.
Also I bought because the confirmed windows + many other OS possibilities with rootjoy, what was also an official lie of umi.
I think in some countries they can be forced to pay back your money cause fake marketing like this.
I agree with you - very disappointed that support to UMI Touch phone finished so soon. I will think again again and again again before I will buy another UMI phone.
