hello i bought a umi super phone on ebay of  modestrend on the 21 /09/2016 with a year warranty on the phone,,,now there is a defect on the phone and modestrend wont  answer my email.to fix the phone

hello  i am having big problems with my umi super   the problem is my umi super phone i am having problems with the sd card keep getting messege do you want to change the default write disk,i press the ok button and 5 mins later the same messege come again....i have use a diffrent sd card still the same messege....would any 1 on here no how to fix tx...........i have used new sd card,,,rebooted the phone ,restarted the phone and still the same ty
