Settings analog clock for case with view window

I have an original Umi case with view Window for displaying an analog clock.
However I am not able to get this clock on the screen. I tried several settings.
Looking at a black hole on the case is not very attractive.
What do I need to alter in the settings to get the clock displayed at the right position?
Does anyone know? Thanks. Ben

Anyone? I tried to re-calibrate the proximity sensor and also tried the s-view settings. I am not getting any clock on the screen or in the cover window. Why would UMI sell a case with a useless window in it?

If you are using a sixth version of the android then try to put the Xposed.

I am using Android 7 if that is what you mean. How can I solve my problem on this version?

the case doesn t work, the clock doesn t show in the window, and neither does anything else.

Don't bother anymore. Sold the UMI and bought a good working phone instead.

Měl jsem stejný problém s případem. Na konci jsem zjistil, že skříň magnet je z výroby nainstalována vzhůru nohama. Musel jsem se opatrně vystřihnout a otáčet. Pak vše funguje zprávně
