Problemas con la Botonera tactil UMI ZERO

Hola soy de Venezuela. Desde hace unas horas la botonera no funciona, al presionar power o Vol+- las luces encienden normalmente pero no tienen funcion tactil o emiten movimiento. Necesito ayuda. Gracias.
