Did you try use OTG usb wire and perform factory reset?
Will you tell me how old is your device? As this is very strange case as latest ROM contents all tp drivers.
I even did a full format via the SP Flashtool.

So screen is working is just completely no response from touch? or inaccurated touch?
If you checked already all solutions and didn't fix your issue, probably you have hardware problem or just wait for next update.
This is very strange case as you said that you unchecked preloader so tp driver should be overwrited.
Believe me this case doesn't have sense. With this steps which you have done as update with preloader unchecked, then full flash back to previous version, then format + download, all should be working again. Most time if tp driver is incorrect you should have only inaccurated touch. And with unchecked preloader tp driver shouldn't be changed.
Did you tried format all and then download each partition separately starting from preloader?
Do you have OTG wire?
