  It's even worse if you put it in VR glasses, then you can see how many stars are in this space

It's a shame because the Plus E is the best operational smartphone Umidigi have in the market atm esp comparing it to Z, I was glad I chose to invest in this model however I will have to invest into another brand and take a step back for a while to see how things progress before considering to reinvest

I'm on my second day with my Umi Plus E, and I've found the same problem. The stuck/dead pixel is green and appears since the boot screen. It's a shame, and I'll ask for a refund.

We always recommending to contact to seller for warranty. Be honesty to you there is not to many devices which such issues so maybe you will be happy with replacement product.

I got my phone replaced, and the second phone got dead pixels as well... The pixels are so small so they are hard to recognize.
