With regard to screen shot showing 3G mode is because it is 3G sim I am using in sim2 slot.
4G sim iam presently using in REDME NOTE 3  since it supports  VoLTE  and  since  UMI PLUS VoLTE calling not possible so I haven't  inserted in umi plus


Plz help to solve the problem

I understand your frustration but firstly you should read correctly my posts and then answer.
In second post I attached link which is showing same details as you attached to first screenshot. I did say that screenshot is not from UMI PLUS as first screenshot is not proving VoLTE failure if you focus on top bar as this is not umi plus. Yes this is showing information provided from UMI page.
Next screenshot only showing information about system and as I mentioned 3G mode on which is not supporting VoLTE.
Please put your 4G card in to umi plus and go to same settings and provide screenshot.
But as I said I think this is VoLTE read. You should check network bands and compare to umi plus and redmi 3 as maybe redmi 3 is supporting some extra band which is compatible with your network provider and VoLTE.

If your sim 1 slot not working correctly (as you said loosing signal sometimes) and you all ready try with both sim cards so probably you have hardware problem and only reseller can offer for you warranty repairs, replace or refund.

And I presume that you have redmi note 3 with snapdragon cpu which is supporting way more bands.

I bought this handset umi plus because the official site is showing volte support.  When I also raised this question I did not get satisfying reply.

Simply  I was told that may be the band supported by the phone and the band offered by service provider may be different  and so you cannot get volte.
My question to umi team is that if it is same band or different band I will come on this later. First please clarify that in settings  - >> more - >> cellular networks - >> preferred network type->> there 3 options  
1. 4g/3g/2g   
2. 3g/2g   
3. 2g


why is it not having option - - -  LTE only

Also please clarify  if the frequency band supported by the phone and frequency band supported by the service provider is same or different .....   why there is no option for ....

enhanced 4g lte mode     or      volte enabled switch

Plz reply.

Firstly I will inform you the frequency bands supported by UMI PLUS which I could get from 2 sources.  1 from mobile phone thru engineering mode and 2 from online

Also as per phone info thru engineering mode following details confired

LTE mode
Band 1, 3, 7, 8, 20, 38, 40, 41


Also screen shot attached.

Next I will inform about frequency band offered by Reliance Jio for 4G services

Reliance Jio is offering 4G services on band 3,  band 5 and band 40.   ( Screen shot attached)

So it is confirmed that out of these 3 bands  UMI PLUS  supports  2 bands  ( i.e.  Band 3 and Band 40)

So it is very obvious that the band supported by UMI PLUS  and bands offered by Reliance Jio are matching and hence it is not the problem.

Also I wish to bring to your attention that when dial *#*#4636#*#*  and phone info and we can see volte provisioned is not selected  and when we select it and ON  volte feature .  But it automatically get OFF  when check it again.

Why does it not stay On  ( screen shot attached)

Can anybody give suggestions about fixing the volte provisioned  to On permanently
Process of  dialing *#*#4636#*#*  then  phone info and then click on volte provisioned  and ON it and make it to stay ON only.

When I searched on Google I came across one solution. . . . .  Install sql editor and make change in the db file.  ( screen shot attached)  

If anybody is aware about this can I get suggestion

Hi

Any body has any idea if I change phone model name to some other model like Samsung s7 or any other volte supported phone model  by editing build.prop  will it be helpful for getting volte feature active.

I have to gather information like this and experiment because UMI not bothered to support customers.

Not getting any reply from administrator or developer team

Very very disappointed

Can any body help
