Download this file, unzip it and you'll find everything inside the folder.
MediaTek devices (so neither the Iron) don't support fastboot mode, so you can't boot into fastboot mode and can't apply fastboot commands. That option in the boot menu is simply misleading.
If you can install TWRP recovery on your phone and boot into, then you can properly format the data partition of your phone. However, I'm afraid you mix up something here.

No I didnt mix up anything.

I still dont have drivers for my phone so it is not recognized when switched off.
Therefore I cant flash anything using SPFT.

Even if I had the driver I would need to have correct scatter file and since my scatter file from official rom is not working then I cant use SPFT.

I guess the link you posted is to correct rom but I still cant use SPFT if my phone is not detected.I dont have the usb drivers for Umi Iron so I cant use SPFT

You talked about TWRP, although you haven't installed it. I also downloaded and checked that firmware and the scatter file and everything is correct. You can download the appropriate drivers from HERE and the latest SPFT version from HERE.

Any flashing is out of question now.

I flashed back official 1.5 using ROOTJoy.
It went well and i started the phone, but the welcome screen was stuck on "Checking connection".
After long period of time I decided to turn the device off.
At this point the phone was connected to usb cable and to PC, the battery was full.

I think I saw the battery empty image with thunder in the middle of the screen, while the phone was turning off.

For some reason phone thinks battery is dead and I can boot the phone and it is not detected in PC.
Or the phone is bricked and the result is the same.

Assuming there is no solution for this I now need to pay 60$ to ship the phone back

Hello.
Finally i updated my iron to 1.6 version, through TWRP.

"- Screen go in "standby mode" when you make calls" this is on purpose, you have a sensor so when you get the phone close to your ear you dont press anything by accident, it's quite nice actually
