Celluar-Data Problem with UMI MAX

Hello,

I have a problem with the celluar data (3G) mode in my UMI MAX. I have bought the phone one week ago and 99% of the time the celluar-data-mode not working. All cellua-data options are activated. No WIFI is enabled. I used a Telekom-Germany SIM-Card on SIM-Port 2 (Port 1 is a memory card). Same problem with SIM-card on port 1. Another carrier (vodafone) also not working.

I have uptated the phone to the latest firmware update. The problem is still there. APN settings are checked. The SIM-card(s) working in other devices (tested in a MOZO G2). Factory-Reset are also applied. Nothing helps.

From time to time a small 3G logo appaers in the header, but the internet also not working.

Has anybody the same problems? I dont know what to do. Can the UMI-support help me?

Open  roaming data. It has worked to me here in sweden.
