I have an idea, not sure would work but you could try:
You can try download one custom ROM that can be installed as a TWRP backup and create a new Google account, next restore the device to lastest stock ROM and might be unlocked. Flasheable ZIP roms might not work as a phone backup.

Remember that UMI/UMIDIGI does not support custom ROMs on their devices, so is highly not recomended to keep the custom ROM if you dont want to face any software problems, also is your total responsability to try this and your device could brick at the try.
