they say you didn't provide them with 2 items from the package deal :
1- UMI VOIX In-Ear Earphone
2- Umi leather Case


Can you please tell Us when will you provide those 2 items?


I was really happy about getting those Earphones, they seem so good !


they also didn't even mention the Extra case you provide for us who waited more than a mounth for Umi Iron; will we get them?

Finally it happened: they've rejected to send me a replacement phone arguing that the replacement period has expired. They even asked me twice for the video which they didn't check out, making it clear that they only wanted to slow things down.

And no, I they didn't send the free flip case either.

Hi Shizuko,

Welcome to the community. The VOIX headphones have been in super high demand and stock levels are struggling to keep up with the demand. Can you confirm that Antelife will send you the headphones when they are back in stock?

I'd imagine the leather case may also be out of stock but should be back shortly.

I'm having this very same problem with Antelife: they just ignore all my requests about the free flip case promised to every order placed before July the 20th.

But what's worse: I have a unit with defective SD card slot, which made me ask for a replacement phone since day one (August the 31th), but each passing day it becomes clearer to me that Antelife are delaying the request on purpose.

On the first email I pointed them to the thread about the issue on these forums, and gave them all necessary details, yet they're asking the "have you tried a factory reset" or "have you tried with a different SD card" kind of questions, one on every email. And they are only replying to one email each 24/48 hours.

Jesus, they even asked me to record a video of the issue which they never got to watch: WeTransfer link is about to expire and it hasn't been downloaded even once.

I fear that they get past the 15 days limit and deny me the right for a replacement afterwards, making me wait some more months to see if they can fix this defective unit.

Please, can Umi do something about this situation?
