Phone overheating and battery drain

Hello forum, so far so good after 2 months of using Max, some minor problems in the begining that were solved thanks to the community.
Now it's the third time it happens when the phone gets very hot and the battery drain is at high rates. All of the sudden, with no clue or other pattern i realise that something in my poket got very hot, so guess what it was my phone. Problem is solved by shutting down and power it on. I'm using the old firmware, as i saw here on forum, the test one.
Anyone experiencing same issue?
