UMI Super won't turn on or charge

Hi,
I bought a UMI Super phone about 3 months ago.
So far, it has been a great experience. The phone is really good, fast and has regular security and feature updates.

The only problem is that since yesterday the phone doesn't turn on, not even LEDs or anything. Just a blakc screen.
I tried pluging  in the wall charger, used different cables, and connected it to the computer and still nothing
Not even the LEDs flash or anything.

One strange thing that happens is that when I connect the phone to a PC it connects and recognizes the phone as Bus 002 Device 007: ID 0e8d:2000 MediaTek Inc. MT65xx Preloader in the Device Manager.
But after 5 seconds it disconnects and disappears.


I don't know what is going on.
The phone is new, and I don't want to lose it
