UMI Touch multiple problems

\n\nHello everyone. I bought UMI Touch from AliExpress official UMI store at the time of pre-sale on March and got it at the beginning of May.
- The original charger worked for 1 time. After 1 charging process it died, the seller sent one more, but it worked for 3 times and also died. This was the issue of the chargers, because I permanently keep track the electricity situation. After it the seller sent the protection glass as the compensation.

- 2 or 3 weeks after I've got it, I noticed small white spots on the display. At the back on this place there is a flash light and UMI logo.

- One week ago I finally needed Fingerprint to be enabled, but that service didn't work. Luckily, this was fixed by simply restarting the device. But today fingerprint service stopped and I can't run it anymore. Device hard reset didn't solve the problem. What happens?
Well, when I go to Settings -> Security -> Fingerprint, when the phone asks to tap the fingerprint scanner, I touch it, but nothing happens. Calibrating the scanner does not help.
But a week ago I was able to do it.

- One more problem also appeared today. The device suddenly disconnected from PC and now I cannot access its files on any computer with any USB cable. They simply not seeing the device. But still, it charges when connected to USB.

I tried to make hard reset, but the same problems appears. The phone wasn't damaged by any physical or electrical power.

I really need fingerprint and working with the phone via USB. Does it can be fixed somehow?

It's a well known problem but Umi doesn't give a solution, not even an answer. Look at the many topics on the fingerprint problem !!
