UMI MAX crappy camera problem

I am fine with the camera, outside pictures are good enough, inside you need a steady hand.
It's ok for the price.

All photos you sent are with still objects. Try to make photo of old person who's trying to walk very slowly...

...and please, do not use video recorder.

I second that. Pictures of my kids running around are all blurry, even in day-light conditions. Not sure what the maximum shutter is, but it's definitely not high.  I'm a pro photographer so I don't really use my phone for that purpose, but if you bought it for photos, you are out of luck, it's really really bad. Even for video, it lags a lot.

There are some camera options in the (secret) engineer menu you get to from dialling *#*#3646633#*#*

have used this to change some spreaker settings but have not messed with the camera options as i basically have no clue what i'm doing. If someone with a bit more knowledge could have a tinker and report back then maybe we could fix this steaming pile.

I tried to set the shutter speed to a minimum, which is "1" but it doesnt really help. Can somebody tell me what kind of camera is used in the UmiMax. So if I get detailed camera specifications, we can calculate the shutter speed depending on the ISO.
