Hi!
I have Umi MAX bought from Gearbest shop.
After few day of useage  my UMI  has made some unexpected shutdown
Now UMI MAX does not  boot at all.
He shows for a few seconds "UMI link to the world" and then show "Android"  about 1 sec and then off.
when i try boot into Vol Down + Power  for wiping data - UMI  wait about 1 sec and then off also.

I do not have any ideas - what shall must I try to do ?
or this is  warranty case?

Best regards,
Konstantin

Hi,

Your case seems to be a battery issue. Please check if your phone can be charged and also check the battery level shown on the screen and if it's going up after a while.
Beside that, to rule out the possibility of an existing software error, I suggest you to flash your phone with SP Flash Tool, choosing the 'Firmware Upgrade' option in the flasher application. That process will completely rewrite the whole software content of your device. - You will lose your user data.

If that doesn't help, I suggest you to contact your reseller to (according to their warranty policy) make your phone repaired or replaced.

Sincerely,
Ben

Then I'm afraid, your phone should be taken to a repair shop (or back to the seller) to discover the reason of your issue. It can be a defection of the battery (most probably) or the RAM or ROM or anything else. You can test the RAM with SPFT.
