Umi Max Problem Bug and can't upgrade

I bought umi max and i have this problem:

• difficulty data with wifi
• difficulty data with 3G/4G
• camera problem
• audio problem
  

I try to fix this problem with upgrade firmware but:

• FOTA upgrade it does not work
• ROOTJOY donesn't work with my phone (sorry your device is un-supported now)
• MANUAL with flash tool I can not make it work.
  

what can I do?

dreamtheater198, I had the same problems, my Umi Max was with 20160810 firmware, which is not possible to be FOTA updated. Rootjoy is not supported, it's for the older models only.
You should go ahead and update via USB to the last ROM, it's easy and fast procedure. Manual flash is the way, just put some more attention at MTK instalation, the rest is easy.

i try with windows 10. I turn off phone, i start flash tool, i click download , and nothing happens.

It is mostly up irritating this. I bought this phone and I still have to use the one plus one because the umi max does not work........

You already can download the OTA update file and install it manually. If you are on 20160810 version, the OTA update won't be downloaded automatically.
