After many months of issues my UMI Super has given up the ghost.
It now has the ghost touch issue and the capacitive buttons at the bottom do not work.

I have contacted TomTop and they want me to send it back but are insisting I cover the cost of postage.

I have suggested that they should be covering it due to the device being faulty. I have also suggested I could return it to their UK warehouse.

Anybody any experience on this who could give me advice on how to proceed.

Thanks!!

I have also tried so many times to get UMi Super to install the downloads that are available to no avail. In fact my phone is a brick. It will not connect to the computer, and will not even power up period. I believe that the product was so rushed to get it out, the root along with the software was unstable. IE: the phone came stock with a bluetooth update, that never worked. Also there have been 3 updates since the first release? This was clearly a brilliant marketing scheme and false advertising. Really feeling taken advantage of and disappointed, I had my hopes up for a truly amazing phone, one to rival even Samsung. Not goin happen. So I too would like a return shipping label to send you back your phone.
