Connect to PC via MTP

I am trying to access all files on the London via a USB connection to my PC (Windows 10 Pro) so I can transfer data files both directions.  After setting USB Debugging on and selecting the USB use types, I note that only the PTP choice shows any files and then only the camera files.  The MTM choice shows nothing on the phone and is not recognized by Windows as an external device.

Do I need a specific driver or a special app?  If so, how do I get that?

Also, does UMi's RootJoy support the London?  I don't see the London model listed for available ROMs.

Any suggestions?

Hi Ron,

It's a Windows issue since the last major (August) update. Please, follow the instructions in the post below to solve your problem.

I regret to tell you but the last model supported by Rootjoy was the UMi Rome. Later models receive their updates via FOTA method, so the Rootjoy support (what needs root access) is impossible. You still can use the phone manager functions of the Rootjoy app.

Perfect answer.  Very helpful.  It worked perfectly.  Sorry to be so long replying - for some reason, my account was inactive and kept asking me for a security question.  I finally figured out that I don't have one - duh!  Once I didn't enter a security question, it worked fine.  :-)

Anyway, thanks hugely.  I never would have found that one on my own - despite my comfort with Windows.
