Buttons loose

i just recieved an umi super. great looking phone but the power & dedicated button are loose and make a metal rattle when pressed. has anyone had the same problem. should i be worried?

Hi,

I just received my new UMi Max and it has just the same problems.
Think I can live with it...

My bigger problem is, that I can only use the Touchscreen with my Thumbs. My other fingers are not getting recognized or I have tip several times.

I got normal fingers.

Do you have any problems like that?

sorry i cant help you with that. im not actually using the phone at the moment in case i have to send it back.

I have same noise coming from those buttons. This shouldn't be happen for this price phone but is not major issue. ( I can live with this). I was watching on YouTube test of umi super and that guy after tests open and dissemble all phone and you can see that those switches are not fixed in to body( he was complaining that is harder to assembly phone together with those switches not fixed. So replacement of phone will not fix this problem as everyone is made like that
