Why NOBODY awnsers at the support of umi??

Hi, I can't understand why nobody awnsering at the support of umi.. I send out many messages but not a single one was awnsered. Can you explain me why? It was an important reason why I texted them!  If nobody awnsering me, I guess I have to contact a lawyer:/
