No options for picture size

Hi guys;
Just bought a brand new Umi Rome. From what is written in manual, there are different picture sizes to select. My phone doesn't let me select anything. After touching this option it shows only 13 Mpix for rear and 5 Mpix for the front camera. I'm not too happy with it and would like smaller sizes available. Other options work. It's V3.03, Android 5.1, kernel 3.10.65+. Anything I could do about it?

first of all, if you can, change with your shop this phone and get another trademark.

if not is possible flash your phone with last umi rom

this is all isues that i have only 8 months of use with it.

gps imprecise,
draining off battery from 4 hour of screen of first day to 1 now)
battery lifecycle too short (6-9 months i thing it haves 40% dead, when its have 40% shuts down by itselft)
screen is very fragile (i recomend you buy an h9 glass protector)
my screen is unsticking from the metal body (first only top zone cam and flash, but now this zone and right lateral, its make me ghost touchs)
handsfree speaker is toooo low this movile dont works as handsfree, or see videos whitout a headphones

One thing to say 'bout UMI - forget the name once you're in the market for a new phone. Customer service is a phrase unknown to this enterprise. They simply ignore all inquiries, for they know I won't go to China to smack the chairman or his vice in the cheek.
