Bluetooth error

I have a umi iron with 1.5 and the problem is with the bluetooth. It sends áudio but no phone calls. It pairs with all devices but cant talk. Any sugestions ? Thanks

Can you please check in your bluetooth settings that it is set to call using bluetooth?

I will try to explain. I pair the device. It works good for a while, phone calls, músic. And the with no reason phone calls does not go through the headset. But it appears on the phone the choice.thanks anyway

Hi Jmigoliva. Could you try to do a factory reset and see if the issue persists after this.

Make sure you backup all of your data beforehand as it will be wiped. If the problem persists, let me know as it may be a bug that hasn't been picked up yet.

Hi Jmigoliva.
I'm still waiting for my Iron (which should arrive shortly) and will check it out with my in-car bluetooth. However, I haven't really heard of many other users experiencing bluetooth pairing issues. I'll keep checking, but if it seems to be only your phone then it may need to be returned to your reseller for repair/replacement.

Actually, just had a thought. How high is the volume set when you are making a bluetooth call? If it is above 60% could you drop it down and see if this improves the connectivity issue?
