Problem with couding

Hi,

I bought a UMI Touch about 2 month ago from Amazon Marketplace. Unfortunatelly my Screen has a white spot on the upper half of the screen. I think most people call it clouding.

Is there any chance, that UMI answers my Mail? I wrote the support few days ago and asked for help.

The white spots are annoying as fuck!

Same issue here, bought from Aliexpress. I think it's cannot be fixed and casued by some design issue

I would love to See solution for this case as well.  The white spots are really getting to anger me, maybe because it seems like they are getting bigger as time passes by...

I use the phone for 3 months. 2 white spots appeared after a week. No new white spots. I hope that will not appear. Very frustrating, but nothing we can do. There is not any guarantee that this defect will not appear on the new display, if it is replaced.
