problem with data connection

I just recieved 2 UMi Super phones I purchased. They both dont display 4G on the top right corner but are unble to get a connection on data. I have tried 3 different carrier sim cards. the frequancy bands all fully match, the data connection is switched on, I am able to make and recieve calls and sms, I have also changed APN setting to the specific carriers. The 3 sim cards I have tried with all works in my other IMEI 86 phones. So I am very puzzled by why its not working. I have tried with both UMi Super I recieved also. Can a moderator please tell me what I can do?

I was staying in place in the big city where there aren't any problems with connection and normally i can use 4G. This time phone was using only 3G and couldn't use data connection. Now i just don't turn off the data in settings.
Anyway i decided to contact with reseller and fix all my problems cuz it's too many problems at all. I don't like it cuz i will stay without good phone for a few days but if it's necessary...

Do you really have a LTE card?
as far as I know...
up to 42 Mbit/s it's HSPA+ = 3.5G
LTE (4G) = 100 Mbit/s

Yes, 2 of the 3 cards are LTE sims. All bands matches as well... they work in my other chinese phone but not the UMi Super. The problem is I dont even have data at all, not 3G, not 2G, not anything...

So regardless of its a LTE sim or not, I still can not receive 4G, 3G, 2G or any data. The local phone shops are puzzle by this as well. I am also not getting any response from you guys.

I am having the same issue here. My umi super will not connect to data. The screen shows 3G and sometimes 4G but the data does not work. I can sometimes get it to work for a few moments but then it shuts off. I am using it on dtac in Thailand. Please help. Otherwise this phone is pretty much useless.

did you try - settings/simcards/allow cellular data - on ?

Please check in the Quick Settings menu (pull down the toolbar two times) whether the Data connection is enabled. Check in Settings --> More --> Cellular networks --> Access Point Names if there's a selected APN template and if its settings are correct. Especially the APN is important to be correct. If not, then do edit it as needed and save via the 3-dot menu button at the top right corner.

I can confirm that problem. Today after 2 months of using UMi Super this morning i got problem for the first time with data connection. In settings it was enabled and still i wasn't able to connect to the internet becuase it shows message like it was disabled while it wasn't. After few minutes it fixed by themselve but still it wasn't nice.
