Does the upcoming update resolve the UMI Super's Touch Screen issues

Is the New FOTA update ready yet?
Will it remove the touch screen issues on the UMi Super?
My phone has screen problems!!

Hello.
I've updated to v3.01_20160708 and nor before or after I haven't any screen touch issue.
The pictures on the topic reference you're mentioning, makes me think more on hardware troubles than software issues.

Hi,

I have touch screen issues too. Must to press the screen to normal work. I would use swype keyboard, but the screen loses the the touch. I have tempered glass and the latest firmware (0708).
I read another topic, it may causes the new ROM. Is it worth to wait the new ROM or try to remove the glass?

Hi spect80,

My touch screen works fine. The obvious step would be to try without any tempered glass protector and see if it improves...
