I agree with you "sonydp". Too many people have touch and GPS issue just like I do, so you cant say its just couple of phones.
So you are saying its hardware problem then, its not a software?
Also, I do have warranty but its like I don't have it because I have to ship my phone from Serbia back to Chine (if seller even agree to refund) and that shipping will cost me pretty much.

completly agree, how do u dare to say some ones are deffective
if you take your words, why in the campaigne or the spot commercials or in all the marketing you dont add the advertising
