Cant transfer files

\n\nI am trying to load music files from my laptop (windows 10) to the music folder on the Umi Super but when I do I get Cannot Copy, the device has stopped responding. Then it says the device cannot play mp3 files?
So I tried to load a jpg picture file, same issue.
How do I transfer files from my laptop (music, photos etc) to the phone?

Hi, I think you can have a try of the android assistant tool, you can transfer or backup text messages, contacts, photos, and other  media files like videos, music files.
And which allows you to view them on PC, so you can choose selectively and freely.

\n\nIt seems a system issue. i suggest updating the os first. Please note you need to turn on usb debugging first when you use computer for data transfer. Actually, copying files from Android to PC is very easy with free app such as AirDroid or Androidphonesoft Android  Assistant.
